Fallujah Sandstorm
Apr. 29, 2005 by Jason
The guy who took this pic is a client of My Special Lady’s former company. He is currently serving overseas in military intelligence. The image shows Fallujah, Iraq, as a massive sandstorm rolls in.
I keep thinking of the pedestrians who scatter like roaches when the first few drops of rain start falling here in Philly. Imagine looking off in the distance and seeing this shitstorm headed your way.

JJ, I’ve got some pics that a few buddies of mine sent while they were in Iraq. If I remember, I’ll email you a few of the more memorable ones. They all came home, safe and sound, last Sunday in fact.

That is an amazing photo. If I didn’t know better I would think it was a still from a film or a CG shot.

Thanks for the kind words, JJ. Digging what I’m seeing here too.
‘Bout to link up to this bit over at the home base.

Yeah, it totally looks like some Lucas style CG. Explosion at the pod races.
