I always thought the three most important rules of making a good blog are:
1. Read other people’s blogs. Let them know you’re there and interact with them. Nobody here is a celebrity and being a part of a community requires actually getting out there sometimes.
2. Be good. Be interesting. Be consistent. And keep the whining to a minimum. It’s painful to read.
3. If your colors and font are unreadable, nobody’s gonna read them. If your site is easy to look at, people will look.
Of course, I’m not a pro or anything. I just gathered my data the same way that Kylben guy did.

Gmail is about to go public. They started posted random invites on the front page. They apparently went down the other week and some speculate that it was to do a final patch in, but I’m not for sure on that one. If you run out of invites, I still have 50 and the bastards keep giving me more. This of course makes me feel overly inadaquate… giving me the appearance I don’t have a lot of friends… I’m loser… It’s true!
I actually don’t like when people visit my blog. It tends to scare the natives.
