   I think you have it wrong on two counts:

   1. A “learning computer” implies an actual potential to learn, something this computer demonstrates time and time again that it can’t do.

   2. Not only is Herr Gropenator not “in control of the whole state”, his repeated behavior shows he’s not even in control of his own pecker.

    I know you can’t see it from this angle, but when you look at the picture… I swear there is a mullet hiding be hind his ears. He’s all business up front, but I guarantee there is a party out back
