This Place Sounds Disgusting

Check out these comments from travelers who stayed at a Days Inn in Nashville, Tennessee:
ice bucket had been thown up in…
Hotel suitable for lowlifes…
the carpets would crunch when you walked across them…
Wouldn’t stay there if they paid me to do it…
the sheets had a blood stain that had been half-heartedly bleached out, and when I dropped a pen and looked under the bed for it I noticed a blood stain on the carpet which made me come to the conclusion that someone committed a murder in that very bed.
Thanks to JuicyA for the link (vote for her).

Hello All! This is JJ checking in from the other side of the Earth. I’m in an internet cafe in downtown Bangkok at this place called Khao San Road. It’s where all the American/European punk rockers and hipsters hang out. I’ve only been in this area for a few minutes, but I gotta tell you, it’s sort of nice to not be the only pale ass sunavabitch around. Fewer stares and whatnot.
I should tell you, it took more than a day to get to Bangkok - as in 24 hours. We flew out of Philly at 9am Wednesday morning and got into Bangkok at 1am Friday morning local time (that’s 1pm Thursday back in Philly). We had layovers in Detroit and Tokyo. I sat in an airplane for an entire fucking day. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and breakfast again in flight.
Okay - that’s all for now. Later, I’ll tell you about the scam artists here in Bangkok. Ugh!
Rock on,
JJ

I think I stayed in the Day’s Inn once.
Have a good time in Bangkok. Don’t bring any diseases back, I hear we’re not prepared…

Layovers in Detroit and Tokyo! I’m sorry you had to endure Detroit. I bet that Days Inn is located at the airport in Detroit.
