When I was in G'ville a few weeks ago, I went into the hedge shop looking for 'cat food bowls' and porn. I also wanted to take p3 to Hyde and Zeke's so I asked the guy working there if he knew where any record stores were. He looked at me a bit puzzled, "Uh, I don't know where any record stores are....uh, you can buy CDs at the mall." Is the term "record store" obsolete? Am I old? Or is he just stupid?

... or being doghoused (on a couch). Very familiar to me, alas I don't think I have ever seen a dog house in real life?

Are they even legal?

“I Netflixed that shit, bitch.”

That made me laugh out loud.

“Why’d you turn the channel? You know I’m watching the Gator game!”

That made me want to hate your gator-loving ass.

Why can't my Wildcats dominate like decades past?????!!!!!???

or like how when you want to signal someone to roll down their window, but you do the hand rolling motion instead of a button pushing motion.

I don't own a DVR or TiVo but want to get one eventually. I still use my trusty ole VHS to tape shows. I do have two DVD players though so I can play my VCD's. - Haven't rented videos since I get them other ways :) - I usually say change the channel. So ya, I still use those terms but the term that kills me the most is when we get northern people down here and call a soda a pop and the kids are cringing back because pop down here means to get smacked/hit/spacken or whatever.

I do own a VHS and I actually use it. Sometimes when I want to rent a movie the DVD's will be out but there will be a VHS tape, so I get that instead. Also I have a lot of VHS tapes that my parents made of me when I was younger that Ethan likes to watch. His favorite is when I played a made up character, Beatrice, who was Butthead's sister, for this skit the junior class made during homecoming week. Yeah, I was a dork then too. =)
