Joakim Noah Fashion Faux Pas

As you all know, I’m a huge Gator Basketball fan. And this year, Florida is in the Final Four. Take that, Mojotek! Too bad they don’t always look so great off the court.
While announcers like to point out that the Gators are well-rounded, with several guys averaging double figures - one player really tends to stand out: 6′11″ center Joakim Noah.

I got used to seeing this guy screaming in celebration while leading his team to victory. That’s why it seemed sort of odd to see this photo of Noah in somewhat peculiar attire. It’s not like I expect him to wear his jersey everywhere he goes - but everyone knows you’re not supposed to wear socks with sandals.

I guess that’s the easiest thing for big and tall people to find. Just get a bolt of fabric, cut 3 holes in it and stick your head and arms through it and presto, an outfit.

First off, for all of you who think that the socks are a fashion no-no, get a life. If you’ve ever played basketball you’d know that all b-ball players wear socks with their slides. How crunchy do you feel now?? However, the big towel-like dress is NOT working, Noah.

And another thing, im tall, 6′8″ to be exact. I’m only a 16 year old sophomore. Yes it is hard to find clothing for tall people, but we manage! And No WE DO NOT TAKE PIECES OF FABRIC AND CUT HOLES IN IT FOR AN OUTFIT, STEREOTYPICAL PEOPLE!!
