This means the skin ranges (in caucasians) from pale peach to a rosey pink. I’ll let your imagination tell you which parts are rosey and which ones are not. Just to clear some stuff up:
1) The genuinely albinistic porn starlet featured in some screencaps above is “Ice” (not to be confused with a Black porn star who also uses this name), and so far is known to have done 3 movies: Eye Contact 35, Handjobs Across America 12, and Homegrown Video 663, Scene 4. There is is one floating around called “Ice and Lincoln”, but it is probably just the Homegrown Video 663 footage. All three can be found pretty easily via BitTorrent sites like Cheggit.
2) The very pale girl with the pack of black dudes is just a semi-famous Internet porn starlet who goes by Bisexual Britni, with her hair bleached. She’s pretty recognizable.

4) What color albinistic people of darker-than-Anglo ethnicities come out is entirely dependent on what kind of albinism they have. For example, in the photo linked to above, the little girl is actually Hispanic (and probably more Native American than Spanish, given the population of the area she is from), but is paler in all respects than any non-albinistic Anglos. In Africa a less serious form of albinism is common, resulting in a lot of yellow-haired African albinos, but they have totally white ones too. I’ve also seen pics of Hispanics with minor forms of albinism, and they were not really distinguishable from blonde Anglos (see “Misc. Albino Chix 4″ and “Misc. Albino Chix 5″ photo albums in the below-mentioned yahoogroup for two examples). Some forms of albinism actually still permit the (often spotty) development of some pigmentation, as can be seen in photos of Stanley Kaoni, a New Guinea (I think) political figure.
5) There are at least two photos (from same shoot) of Connie Chiu in a see-through top. Not quite nude, but close enough for me! Yum. I have yet to find high-rez versions of either pic, but one of them is at her main modeling page, already linked to above.

Self-correction: I misremembered what “brand” of albinism is which. OCA-1a is the super-pale kind, with no pigment. The variant where some pigment can grow later over time (often in response to sun exposure) is OCA-1b, and the kind where darker ethnicities retain some pigment from birth (e.g. yellow hair and grey-green eyes among Africans and Hispanics and Indics), but do not get any more later, is OCA-2.
