hey everyone. i’m 18 years old & i have inverted nipples. at first i was very embarassed about them & never wanted to show them to my boyfriend. but we have been together for three years & he’s never once said anything about them. i don’t feel self concious about them anymore. i’m happy with the way my body is. you girls should be too. Kimcc, you should not get a surgery to change your body. God gave you the body he wanted you to have, why change it? i think if you really wanted the surgery then it may be best to wait a couple more years. who knows, your nipples may turn out to be everted. & Ev. look dude. you may not like everted nipples but i don’t think your opinion is needed at all on this site. if your deffinition of fun is to clown on someone & make them feel bad about themselves then you must not be a very good husband. i would never in a million years say the kinda things you’ve been saying. why would anyone. you’re just lost hopeless jerk. am i right or am i right?

i have inverted nipples, and i was massively insecure about it, but now i just love them as i have learnt to love myself! it made me more confident and because i wasn’t insecure about it no guys found it weird and my boyfriend now off 2 years absolutely loves them!! this is not to say that you shouldn’t get the surgery! if thats what will make you happy do it!! its all just about loving the skin you are in and loving yourself good luck to everyone on here anyway xx

Iam 18 and iv only just started seen a guy my ex from 2 years ago never bothered to ask about my nipples, but would sometimes say ”How come your nipples dont come out?? dont i turn you on?” And it made me very seld concious. 2years on am with a new guy and am always keeping my bra on and he’ll ask me to take it off and il be like uuuh no! lol I dont want him to question me. Iv been inverted since i was a baby, But when am getting out of the shower they come out. But they dont come out when am all horny aaaaaahhhhhh. Its fustrating lol. Any advice? Iam also thinking of surgery except i have a fear of going under anashetic.

Here’s the real point here..

You shouldn’t be self-concious about your body regardless of what you were born with. You have only one life and one body, spend it loving yourself (frequently) and what you look like. Why do you care what anyone says about the body you have to live with? What does someone else’s opinion of you (especially on the internet) really mean to you?

Your parents should have told you this, but life is long, but it will be longer still and quite dreadful if you take what other people say to heart and live your life based on what other’s think.

Just like most Americans (including me), if you’re thinking about your insecurities instead of focusing on your future, you’re wasting your time and life.

Also? I still hate inverted nips.
