On the way here, I read my Malaysia travel book. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I’ve got to be the most uniformed traveler of all time. Apparently, Malaysia is a Muslim country. So Muslim, that they don’t allow Israelis into the country and Jews are advised to “downplay” their religion. Holy fuck. I wonder how they feel about atheists.

Other fun facts:
If you get caught with a joint, you immediately go to jail and they cane you.
200g of weed gets you the death penalty.
All pornography is illegal.
You are not allowed to touch a woman unless she is your blood relative or your wife (this includes handshakes).

If the US had these rules, I’d be fucked. Then again, under the current administration it seems like this is the direction we’re heading.

Watch out for the boys that look like girls. I suggest a cup check before you get frisky. Unless you are into finding male junk when you expect the other.
