You have to understand that asking a random pool of people if an “average” is “normal”…there’s a lot of variance that goes into making that statistic. Some guys do it a lot, and have to in order to feel normal. Others don’t do it much. Many guys have a libido that waxes and wanes, meaning they’ll spank it hard for like a week, then could go a week without even thinking about it. Some guys will spank it even when they have a girlfriend in order to cover the gap between libidos. Others will avoid getting a girlfriend, because they have a hard time keeping up with one and would just rather not bother with it. So, what’s “normal” for you is not for others. As for the “it’s healthy as long as it doesn’t interfere”…that’s a crock of shit. Some guys need to do it to keep things together. While masturbating frequently can interfere with their life, if they don’t then they will be constantly distracted and stressed from the lack of release, which is distracting more than if they would just jerk off a few times a day. Now, if you’d rather lay around the house stroking yourself for 8 hours than go out and hang out with friends, or go to work, that’s a whole new level of addiction, and you should seek help. I’m gunna preface this by saying as ridiculous as this post may sound, it is intended to be 100% genuine (any inclination towards exaggeration or shame has been utterly removed): I can’t help but wonder just how many of you were masturbating AS you read this thread. I found this, as you people guessed, while searching for averages on google. I was worried that once a day was excessive.
