The Financial Crisis: 1929 vs. 2008

From an email forward that's been making the rounds...

Back during the 1929 financial crash it was said that some Wall Street stockbrokers and bankers jumped from their office windows and committed suicide when confronted with the news of their financial ruin. Many people felt sorry for them.

In 2008, that attitude has changed somewhat:
