I had a problem with that when I was in my late teens. It persisted so I went to the doctor. He looked at it and before I knew what he was doing, he shoved a rod into the slit. (Apparently a little bit of skin had grown together.) I totally flipped out but it stopped the peeing all over the place. I think it’s due to rubbing one out and hastily putting yourself back together leaving the tip to get all crusty. Then, when you went to take a piss, the crust prevented a clean stream and the piss took vengeance on your pants.

I don’t think I’ve ever pissed myself, but I do remember shitting myself in the 2nd (?) grade. similar to your piss story, except I shit myself and it smelled really bad.
